Lissa Owens Evans

Lissa Owens Evans was born in Charleston, SC and raised as a Navy brat, giving her the opportunity to live in a number of different places. She graduated with a double major in Mass Communications and Performing Arts from the College of Charleston in 1995. Lissa earned a National Paralegal Certification in 2022 from USC School of Law. Family is her rock, and she is happily married to Worthy Evans with three incredible adult children: Matthew, Chandler, and Elizabeth and two crazy feline babies. She is a member of the D.A.R. Rebecca Motte Chapter in Charleston, SC. Lissa enjoys music, painting, legal study, travel abroad and making plans for the renovation of her historic home.
